- Abstract
- 본 연구는 예비유아교사의 셀프리더십, 기본심리욕구, 내적 통제 소재, 학업적 자기효능감이 행복감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비유아교사 586명을 대상으로 연구를 실시하였고, 단계적 중다회귀분석으로 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 행복감 전체에는 셀프리더십의 자연적 보상이 가장 많은 영향을 미쳤고, 내적통제소재, 기본심리욕구의 유능감, 자율성, 학업적 자기효능감의 과제난이도의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 행복감의 하위요인별로는, 정서적 요인에는 기본심리욕구의 유능감이 가장 많은 영향을, 사회적 요인에서는 셀프리더십의 자연적 보상이, 가정적 요인에서는 기본심리욕구의 관계성이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 긍정적 태도와 건강 요인, 주관적 안녕감에서는 셀프리더십의 자연적 보상이 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 예비유아교사가 행복한 유아교사로서의 교사상을 만들고 나아갈 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 예비유아교사들의 내적변인에 관심을 갖고 이를 증진할 수 있는 다양한 지원방안이 필요함을 논의하였다.
